1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using PopSlide ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our Service. PopSlide reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on this page.
2. Description of Service
PopSlide is an AI-powered presentation creation platform. The Service allows users to generate, edit, and export professional PowerPoint presentations through a conversational chat interface. Features include slide generation, image addition, and export in .pptx format.
3. User Account
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Credits and Payments
The Service operates on a credit system. Each new user receives 10 free credits. Additional credits can be purchased through our pricing page. One credit corresponds to one presentation export in PowerPoint format. Credits are non-refundable and do not expire. Prices may change at any time, but already purchased credits remain valid.
5. Intellectual Property
Content generated by users through PopSlide belongs to the user. However, PopSlide retains all rights to its technology, interface, source code, and AI algorithms. You grant PopSlide a limited license to process your content in order to provide the Service.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: create illegal, defamatory content, or content that infringes on others' rights; attempt to bypass security measures; use the Service in an automated manner without authorization; resell or redistribute the Service without written authorization.
7. Limitation of Liability
PopSlide is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event shall PopSlide be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages resulting from use of the Service.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
